With 30 years of experience as a human resources development and organizational development expert, Laura has made it her life’s work to understand people. Laura develops leaders at all levels, in addition to building performance management, talent management, employee engagement and learning and development systems. She supports leadership development through the use of a strategic curriculum that applies adult learning principles and practices to real-world situations. Laura is certified to administer and interpret diagnostic instruments such as Emergenetics, Herman Brain Dominance Profile, EQi2.0 and the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator. She utilizes these tools to better diagnose and remedy the challenges organizations face today and will face tomorrow.
